Dumplings make great quick meals for when you just don’t feel like preparing a meal, when your kids ask for something different, when you want to surprise your loved ones with an authentic oriental treat, or when you are in a rush but need something quick before going out. How many more reasons do you need?!

My dumplings are handmade with quality ingredients. The pastry is made from scratch using superb organic flour from Shipton Mill. If you’ve tasted the mass-produced factory made frozen dumplings from supermarkets and some restaurants, one bite into my dumplings and you’ll instantly know the difference!

Dumplings are delivered frozen for you to keep in your home freezer and cook and enjoy whenever it suits. There are four varieties:

Meat dumplings: Pork with savoy cabbage; Beef with sweetheart cabbage; (New!) Chicken with cabbage and sweetcorn

Vegan dumplings: Organic tofu, pak choi, shiitake mushroom, water chestnut

I try to use seasonal and locally grown vegetables as far as feasible, so vegetables in the ingredients may vary from time to time. Other commonly used vegetables in the ingredients include carrot, spring onion and ginger. Please check detailed ingredients for allergy information on the Shop page.
