I’m passionate about food. I’m also passionate about ethical trading and sustainability.
As a Wiltshire based business, I support local and regional businesses based in the South West. I source flour, meat and vegetables from local producers and suppliers which means I get fresh, high quality ingredients as well as contributing to a stronger regional business community. I believe ethically sourced and produced food goes hand in hand with good quality and better taste.
My organic flour is from Tetbury based Shipton Mill.
My meat is from the family-run traditional butcher Walter Rose & Son in Wiltshire.
My vegetables are supplied by Lovejoys, a Wiltshire based green grocer who specialises in locally sourced fruits and vegetables.
I use organic tofu from Cauldron Foods who produce tofu that are certified as being economically responsible and environmentally sustainable.
All of my packaging, food trays and consumables are plastic free and made of biodegradable or recycled material. I endeavour to leave a lighter footprint on this planet and hope you will join this effort too.
